Conditions of reservation
Default
This reservation can be cancelled without costs until until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 50 room nights. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 50 room nights to guarantee the reservation.

Thank you for booking with us and it will be a pleasure to receive you in our establishment, however, we remind you of some aspects to take into account:
Keep in mind that the bungalows (ALL ARE DUPLEX WITH BEDROOM AND BATHROOM IN THE HIGH PART) with separate beds are the furthest ones from the pool and those with a double bed are the ones near the pool (a little more expensive).
This YEAR 2023 and winter season 2023/2024, all the bungalows or apartments will be rented without "cleaning service" during the stay. There is the possibility of weekly cleaning for stays of more than 6 nights for a supplement of €20 per day of cleaning.
Keep in mind that the apartments will be rented in accordance with the guidelines of the health authorities at that time and in terms of general capacity.
Check that you have booked the right type.
Take into account the following:
-Visits are not allowed.
-No pets allowed.
-Check in (Entry time): From 1:00 p.m.
-Check Out (Departure time): Before 12:00.
-No smoking inside the bungalows.
-There will be no free bus service to the beach this YEAR 2023 or 2024.
-THERE IS NO RESTAURANT. WE HAVE VENDING MACHINES.
-You have reserved a bungalow type "Without daily cleaning" inform you that it requires the payment of a deposit of €50 for each reserved bungalow.

Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults at this property.
If you are travelling with children under 12 years, to ensure you pay the correct price please select a rate that has child occupancy specified.
Parking
Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
